Rates and Availability

Per night: $175 U.S. (minimum 5 night stay)
Per week (7 nights): $1200 U.S. (Foreign currency accepted at current rates of exchange plus 3%)

These rates are for the regular season for two people. The house comfortably accommodates six and a small surcharge for additional guests may be requested. Rates may also change slightly due to seasonal variations and other special considerations. Please check our online calendar and then contact us to inquire about any particular interest you may have and to confirm availability.

A deposit of $200.00 will secure your dates. For stays of longer than a week, an additional $200.00 deposit per week or any part of a week is required. The deposit guarantees your reservation and is not refundable.

The full balance is due 60 days before your arrival. Should you cancel after that, a refund will be issued minus the original deposit provided that we can find another suitable tenant for those days.

Payment by personal cheque, direct bank wire, or all major credit cards via PayPal. (If using PayPal please add 3% to cover fees.)
